Zanna Group is looking for a Head Chef to our lovely neighbourhood restaurant, Queenswood, located in Battersea Square, SW11.
With small plates for sharing, light bites and hearty meals, Queenswood offers a taste of global cuisine with a focus on brunch, dinner and family style roasts at the weekend. Firm favourites on the menu are Shakshuka, Quinoa Porridge, Kale Cesar, Heritage Beetroot Risotto and Pollock Curry - all presented in a relaxed ‘home from home’ style.
As Head Chef you will:
- work with the GM to understand and to maintain consistency and standards
- manage a team of chefs and support their development and growth within the Company
- contribute to the on-going development of menus in line with our creative direction
- work closely with our existing suppliers and research new ones
- hit General Practitioner targets on food, staff costs and quality control measures
- ensure high hygiene standards and HACCP controls are maintained at all times and due diligence is followed through
We are a small team so we are looking for a friendly, communicative, inspiring and passionate Head Chef. You will have previous experience of working within a similar role and environment, where quality and consistency go hand in hand.
