Head Chef Required in London

Morty and Bobs has partnered up with the team behind Pergola on the roof and is opening a second site in West London after the success of its first in Hackney, which has been open for nearly two years.
This new site will start by serving lunch and dinner 12pm-10pm in a casual dining place which includes a bar operated by the Pergola guys.
HEAD CHEF:
We are looking for an experienced chef to become the Head Chef and Kitchen manager of this new site and chefs of all levels with experience to work under them. Each day you will manage a kitchen of two chefs.
-Prep lists and time targets
-Stock/Supplier control
-Cost control system and General Practitioner goals
-Staff management and Rota
-Food Safety control
-Quality and consistency control
-Recipe/waste control
-Daily reports to the owner
The menu will be wholesome honest cooking. Hearty, interesting salads, specials and some Morty and bobs Staples like our Grilled Cheese, Parmesan truffle fries, Lamb flatbreads etc. Everything is made from scratch on site. Quick service at lunch and a bar food flow in the evening.
This role would be perfect for someone who is looking for a new challenge and has experience in running a kitchen. We are looking for someone friendly and organised. Someone with experience managing a menu and other chefs will put you ahead.
You must speak fluent English and have the right to work in the UK.
We are looking for someone to grow with our company and become a key part of the Morty and Bobs Team as we grow over the next couple of years.
Salary is competitive and based on experience. 48-50 hour weeks. Interviews Immediately. Must be able to start work in two weeks. Full commitment to launch the site and then manage the Rota.
CHEFS:
Chefs of all types with experience: You will be required to work under the Head Chef expertly and efficiently help with all of the above. FOH:
We require a friendly face to operate the till and deal directly with customers and support the team with the above. Food experience is a bonus!
