Exciting new Latin American bar and kitchen opening in London Fields on the main road
This started off as a street food concept and then evolved into a pop up and supperclub over the last 4 years and is finally going permanent. We are highly rated and have been featured in Metro and Evening Standard newspaper, Shortlist magazine and Elle magazines among others. We also have a very strong social media presence in instagram, facebook and twitter.
We are creating a very special space that will bring a hot summery Californian/Latin American -inspired vibe into Overcast London. Don't be fooled by the fancy photos, while we create the finest cocktails and streetfood we try not to take ourselves too seriously. Its all about work hard, play hard. Our expansion plans our ambitious so the potential for career progress are considerable.
What we are looking for?-
Experienced sous chef *PLUS* CDP needed for fun, laid back and vibrant restaurant/bar.
You need to familiar with health and safety rules, costings/sourcing and drafting HAACP. Candidate also needs to be organised, and good people skills. experience in the UK is a *MUST*, as is *fluent* English. There will eventually be a large degree of autonomy which will result in you being head chef with the opportunity to build your own team so we can focus on management and marketing (we are also looking for bar/waiting staff at all levels) so you must be able to work independently in all aspects including staffing rotas.
experience with Mexican/Peruvian/seafood is a big plus
