We are looking to build a team for an exciting expansion of our business. Over the next two months we will be opening two new kitchens to expand our delivery radius for our existing brick and mortar operation in London Bridge.
Texas Joes is a new real deal American slow smoking restaurant. We are passionate about southern slow smoked meat and barbecue cuisine. The ideal candidate will be passionate about BBQ and it's history.
The first site will open mid October in Crouch End. This will be followed by a North London site later in October.
You will be trained in the art of slow smoked meat at our original location in SE1. You will then be ap part of the opening team for the launch.
experience: All levels of chef will have a chance to join us. If you like cooking/BBQ'ing get involved!
You should have HAACP training and a level 2 certificate. We are currently hiring for all kitchen positions. We are looking for someone who is equally passionate about their kitchen responsibilities as they are to learn the art of slow smoked meats that are the heart of Texas BBQ.
We are looking for Commis chef, CDP chef de partie, Senior Sous Chef and Senior chefs.
You will train at London Bridge SE1. In mid October we launch in Whitechapel so keep both locales in mind.
We want staff who want to progress and climb the ladder in our company. Texas Joes have many opportunities on the near horizon. As for now please apply as soon as possible and we can book you in for a trial shift.
