We are working with an exciting new concept due to open in Clapham at the start of September. The restaurant will be the first of a group with further sites planned down the line.
The concept will be Steak and Lobster, serving quality British Wagyu and the best Scottish Lobsters.
Aside from steak the restaurant will celebrate nose to tail eating and all butchery will be carried out on site.
We are recruiting for a Head Chef to be an integral part of the opening team and grow with the group as they look to expand and create new concepts.
The restaurant will seat approximately. 30 in the dining room and will have a bar area too.
The Head Chef will work closely with the owner to develop the menu and create daily specials.
Head Chefs will have full responsibility of the kitchen operations and need to recruit their own team.
We are looking for a Head Chef with solid experience in quality restaurants ideally grill kitchens and the ability to mentor junior chefs right through from apprentice.
This will be a new opening so experience of previous openings would be of benefit.
Salary: £30k + tronc + profit share
