Head Chef (Italian Speaking) £35,000 - £45,000 London (Monday to Friday)Corus Consultancy are looking for an Italian speaking creative Head Chef for our client in London. What you will be doing This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded creative Head Chef with experience of creating an excellent Italian menu in the City of London.Key Accountabilities; 1 Working with the General Manager to maintain a fully resourced kitchen team on site, through effective talent and succession planning and including high quality recruitment. 2 To develop and maintain an Italian menu adding your experience, ideas and taking control by use of creativity and a collective approach. 3 Driving towards results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others in order to achieve ongoing business objectives and achieve continuous improvement in knowledge, quality and service delivery. 4 Ensure all menus are calculated correctly to maximize gross profit. What we require of you:1. A catering qualification NVQ level 3 minimum.
2. NVQ level 2 food safety.
3. experience of working within a similar retail establishment.
4. At least 2 year experience working as a Lead or Head Chef preferably within the licensed trade in the city. 5 Working time are 9 shifts per week. 6 Monday to Friday only What our client will give you:28 Days annual Leave, Your salary will be £35,000 - £45,000.
