The Successful Candidate Will:
• Have Minimum One Year General Manager experience, Within A High Volume, Quality Hospitality Operation, or several years experience as assistant and is ready to step up.
• Have Excellent People Skills.
• Have good understanding of financials and strong commercial sense.
• Working Knowledge Of Word, Excel And E-Mails
• Social Media Savvy
• A Keen Eye For Detail.
• Passion For Food And Drink.
• Stock Control and Cellar Management experience.
• Punctual And Organised.
• Ambition to Continually drive the business forward.
• A passion and understanding of sports and what fixtures to show.
• experience in event management an advantage.
