About Arlo's:
We are an independent and award-wininng steak restaurant which launched in Balham in July 2021 and were delighted and proud to be voted Balham's Best Restaurant by Time Out that November.
Our overriding focus is on the quality and provenance of our ingredients, championing 100% British beef sourced from grass-fed native breeds and which is traceable from farm to fork. Our menu is short and seasonal, with first class ingredients treated simply and with respect yet demanding superior execution. Our service echoes the ethos behind the brand; it is personal, friendly and of the very highest quality.
We are now looking to open a second site and are recruiting to build an involved, experienced, motivated and creative senior team. We are looking for long term candidates who will be committed to moving the company and their career forward.
The role:
You must be highly motivated and enthusiastic with real and recent experience in a senior position within the fast casual restaurant sector. Passion, a great work ethic and the ability to motivate your front of house team is essential. You will be disciplined, professional and organised with a genuine desire to progress your career. Fluency in English is essential, as is the eligibility to work and live in the UK.
You will report directly to the Managing Director and, alongside the Head Chef you will represent the senior site management team. Your responsibilities will include day to day front of house operations, ensuring outstanding client experience, staff rotas, managing and developing staff and financial accountability for site EBITDA.
