Exciting opportunity for a Assistant General Manager, in a trendy burger restaurant in West London
We are a small but expanding restaurant group with plenty of opportunity for staff and managers to grow with us.
You will be required to communicate with the General Manager and chefs in order to ensure the most efficient service at all times and lead a team of enthusiastic individuals to maintain a fun and good atmosphere.
As a Manager, you will have a passion for food and customer service and be able to work under pressure and plan accordingly.
Main responsibilities.
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Ensure maintenance of high quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Supervise shifts opposite the General Manager.
- Meet and greet customers, take orders, organise table reservations, and offer advice about menu.
- Nurture positive working environment and lead by example.
- Effective relationship building skills
- Ensure quality of food being served is of a consistently high quality.
- Takes responsibility for performance of the restaurant and food service.
- Training of staff
