Our client is a growing restaurant group, looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to manage and lead an already dynamic team in their Central London branch. They offer excellent training and development coupled with lots of potential for progression.
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Leading, coaching, developing and motivating the team
• Ensure service remains high at all times
• Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar
• Being financially accountable for all aspects of the business including profit and loss
experience:
• You’ve already managed a busy, high turnover restaurant
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Profit and loss experience
