We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our new restaurant Harry's Dolce Vita. You will work with the General Manager to look after daily operations and make sure high standards are maintained.   You will welcome all our guests with energy and enthusiasm – you will make their experience with us special and second to none.You’ll keep an eye on the bar. Atmosphere. Lighting. Reception.
