The Role
Day to day operation of the business
Full responsibility over the site and all employees
Accountable of budgets and sales
Drive internal marketing and sales campaigns
Create a cool and funky vibe in your site - BE ORIGINAL
Achieve excellent customer care and service
Get excited about any new products or changes within the business
Nutritional knowledge and knowledge of ingredients
Monitors health and safety and food hygiene standards on a regular, daily basis ensuring compliance with current legislation, best practice and brand standards.
Monitor and action any maintenance issues
Be responsible for all cash handling and security of stock

Previous experience in a fast casual counter service environment - we want someone who is on trend and gets the food in today's market
