Must-Haves:
- 2 + years experience as a General Manager in a high volume restaurant or gastro-pub setting/ Branded Restaurant
- Full P and L competency and management experience
- Hospitality Management degree a plus
- Personal licence
- Training experience a must
- Hands on approach
- High energy and passionate about restaurants
- Ability to effectively develop and manage a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take full control of P and L
- Sense of urgency
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, various POS systems
- Ability to adapt to and abide by culture of company
- Ability to multitask
