Full Time General Manager. Lively Camden bar (45 hours per week).
Joe’s is a lively late night rock n roll bar with the best feel good party vibe in Camden. The focus is on vintage sounds (50s, 60s and 70s music), a huge selection of boutique spirits, fantastic classic cocktails, craft beer and delicious British hot dogs.
We are seeking a hands-on, talented, bright and enthusiastic Manager who genuinely enjoys the hospitality industry. As our General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of the bar. It is absolutely imperative that you have the energy and passion for great customer service and friendly hospitality.
You should be highly motivated and commercially focused. We are open until 3am 7 days a week! So plenty of energy and a love of late night life is essential.
You will need to have had previous experience as a GM within a busy bar or pub or at least two years experience as a very talented AGM.
You will adopt a fantastic, friendly team. You will need true leadership qualities and an ability to keep both the customers and the team smiling.
We expect someone familiar with all back of house administration and financials.
You will have experience of Health and Safety compliance, confident in communicating with with local authorities, the Police as well as local residents.
