Customer Service Needed in London

We are recruiting for an customer service and office administrator to work in our Central London office.

The successful candidate will be articulate and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Processing and dispatch of orders
Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Liaising with suppliers
General office paperwork

We are an established business in the luxury sector and there is room for progression within the company for the right candidate.

You will ideally have had at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role and be able to show examples of how your personality and initiative are going to help you excel within this role.
