Customer Service Administrator for Organic Wholesaler

Wholegood is a London’s leading supplier of organic fresh produce and innovative food and drink brands. Due to rapid growth in the business, we are looking for additional Customer Service Administrators to join our team!
We are based in Greenford, West London.
You will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are placed correctly and delivered without any problems. We pride ourselves for our high levels of customer service. This is a customer facing role where you will be confident in answering telephone calls and following up on any queries that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders daily, preparing paperwork daily for dispatch
Using SAGE 50 to process customer sales order and purchase orders
To ensure that the orders, invoices, credit notes are processed correctly and efficiently via SAGE 50
Accurate maintenance of spreadsheets
Purchase order checks, follow up and invoices to match
Assist with telephone queries from customers and suppliers
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Professionally respond to all customer queries by telephone or email
Person Specification:
Excellent IT skills in SAGE 50 and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
Highly numerate with good analytical skills
Flexible and adaptable able to deal with change effectively
Has an optimistic, can do attitude and a willingness to help both the team and customers
Office Hours are from 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday.
