Bookings Coordinator, Customer Service, Customer Administration, Full time bookings coordinator with experience in customer service is required by our client a leading plumbing, heating and maintenance services provider across London. This role would suit a someone that can use their initiative, work as an individual as well as a team. They require someone who is driven, dedicated and with an excellent work ethic who wants to enhance their career and grow within the business. Full training will be provided but some customer service experience would be preferable. Monday-Friday general office working hours.The role involves (but not limited to): * Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls * Corresponding to clients via email * Allocating jobs to engineers * Sending booking confirmation emails * Booking jobs into specialized CRM system * Keeping up to date records of customer history and calls * Liaising with parts team * Obtaining feedback from clients * Sending out service reminders to clients * Complaint handling * Data input * Job/Quote followup * Liaising with parts, sales and accounts team * General office duties Skills Required: * Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task * Excellent communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent telephone manner * Knowledge of London postcodes * Fluent in written and spoken English essential * Word, outlook and excel experience Salary/benefits:- Salary £18-22k with bonuses (salary dependent on experience and negotiable)- 20 days holidays, plus 8 bank holidaysIf you are interested in this role please apply as soon as possible for immediate consideration.
