Administrator Vacancy in London

We are a growing construction company based in Barnes SW13 looking for an experienced office manager, admin assistant  to join the team.
Roles include,

Managing sub contractor accounts, time sheets and payroll processing.
Processing invoices, reconciling credit account receipts.
Material procurement  and ordering from suppliers.
Admin work for the project managers and directors.
Managing day to day operations of a construction office.
Diary management.
compliance with industry bodies.
Set up  and implementation of office systems.

25 - 30K per annum experience within these roles is essential,  would consider a part time role.
