Petersham Nurseries are looking for a temporary E- Commerce Assistant to join the Warehouse team.

The Role

Processing and tracking orders on the system.
Managing internal transfers and picking of goods in the warehouse.
Wrapping and packing of orders to a high standard.
Booking in standard orders for timely dispatch to customers.
Liaising with couriers to coordinate dispatch of large, fragile or overseas orders.
Handling online customer enquiries, complaints, exchanges and returns to a high standard.
Monitoring online stock levels and updating product information.
Managing ecommerce stock and racking area in the warehouse.

Necessary experience and Skills

Impeccable customer service and communication skills.
Can-do, collaborative attitude
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft computing systems, including Excel.
experience of ecommerce platforms; ideally Magento.
Ability to acquire and apply product, process, system and software knowledge.
Ability to prioritise, focus and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
