Our client will be in London for the summer and urgently requires a fluent French speaking nanny to care for their 2 year old daughter. This is a live-in role (Fulham) and based on working 6 full days per week, with Sundays off, through the summer period. As the client’s current nanny is away due to family illness, there is a chance that the role may become permanent, but clearly this is as yet unknown. Duties will be typical nanny / nursery duties, starting with breakfast, and including tidying the daughter’s room and cooking healthy food. Nursery drop off/pick up, preparing lunch, some baby-sitting, occasional overnight care. The daughter tends to go to bed around 7.30-8pm, and sleeps well generally. Start mid June to end of August. 6 days per week £450-750 pw.
The candidate: The ideal candidate will be a fluent French speaker with recent experience with a 2 year old, prepared to work long hours through the summer period, from June 18th to the end of August, and possibly beyond this. Excellent references from previous employers are essential, as is availability through all the dates above. 1st Aid certificate is preferred, as is a clear recent CRB/DBS.
