Tom, 22 months, is a bubbly little boy who has cerebral palsy. He requires a lot of stimulation, including daily massage and therapy, sensory play and rehab. We are looking for a nanny with baby experience in this shared care role, as mum will be at home full time.
The job will include all care duties, feeding, establishing a routine for Tom, settling him for his afternoon nap and implementing a rehab timetable throughout that day. Tom’s parents would also like the SEND nanny to accompany them to appointments, and some light housekeeping duties will be required.
This job will suit a mature and reliable SEND nanny who loves working and interacting with babies. Punctuality and teamwork will be key to this role.
Fantastic opportunity to work with a great young guy and really make a positive impact on his development. You will be working with a lovely professional couple who will treat their SEND nanny as an extension of the family.
