We are a professional family looking for a temporary live out nanny to look after our daughter 4 days a week Tuesday to Friday from 1pm till 7pm and for full days during school holidays.The position is for 2-3 months. A special nanny because our daughter suffers from Epilepsy and has special needs( learning difficulties). She is a positive, friendly and fun loving girl who needs a little extra care because of her condition. No specific medical training is required just a calm, kind, patient and friendly character with lots of common sense and experience of child care.
An older brother and sister plus dog complete the family.
Duties would include activities and homework after school , cooking, and some household duties (we have a cleaner) plus occasional trips, dog walking and planned activities particularly during school holidays.
We are looking for a responsible ,patient and positive individual who enjoys being active and creative as our daughter loves being outside and playing all kinds of ball sports.She also loves painting ,arts and crafts and 1000 piece puzzles!
Some flexility to do 5 days a week on occasions is also helpful.
English first language preferred
Previous special needs experience or interest helpful but not essential.
Non smoker and references required.
We are located in Balham and are a short walk from the Northern Line tube and overground train station.
