Duties will include:

Preparing, editing and delivering valuation reports relating to lease extensions as well as other property valuations including CGT, ATED and collective enfranchisements.
General administration and file management.

Highly Desirable:

A background in property or other professional service.
Good written and spoken English
Excellent research and Microsoft Office skills.
Initiative and desire to learn
