Personal Assistant and Assistant Surveyor

Blakes Chartered Surveyors are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to take on the role as personal assistant to the director. The role will involve a range of administrative tasks including client liaison, drafting of valuation reports and obtaining comparable evidence, telephone answering as well as property marketing and uploading new instructions onto property portals.
The candidate will gain direct experience in the Chartered surveying practice as well as assisting the estate agency department in sales, letting and management of residential properties.
We do not require previous experience in a property related role (Although beneficial) but the ideal candidate will have the following skill set:-
- Good Communicator and Telephone Manner
- Well versed with all Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong Organisational Skills
- Motivated and Keen to Learn
