We are a medium sized, high end construction company, working in prime central London (mainly Notting Hill, Knightsbridge, Kensington etc). We are seeking a skilled and experienced QS to join our team based just off High Street Kensington. Initially this will be a 3 month contract and subject to your performance there is an option of it being an ongoing permanent role. Remuneration to be agreed
Requirements:
• - Must have suitable, solid previous experience and references
• - Must have circa 10 years experience as a QS (high end residential is
preferable)
• - Must be able to use JCT/Design and Build contracts
• - Must be self motivate and keen to excel within the company
• - Must be well presented as the role will also be client facing
• - Must be experienced in estimating and tendering (projects from £500K to £8
Million)
• - Must understand the appointment of sub-contractors and the associated
documentation
