Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking to engage an experienced Quantity surveyor to work on a decent homes housing refurbishment projects based / public sector in London and London surroundings.
To apply for this position you must have previous experience in public sector regeneration projects working as a Quantity surveyor for main contractors and/or supply chain contractors on both internal and external works
Role:
A Quantity Surveyor to join the team and manage their own projects as part of a larger framework contract. Your daily duties will include dealing with procurement, sub-contractor payments, valuations, cost reporting and Final Accounts.
Candidate:
* Degree qualified or HNC/HND in a construction related subject
* 3 + years' experience working in the industry, Decent Homes experience preferential
* Someone who is looking to progress to that next step
* Good communication skills and can work in a team
* Ability to run multiple projects on the scheme at any one time
* With a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
