Location: Vacancies in our Roehampton, Whitton, Surbiton, Sunbury, Hampton Hill and Hounslow homes.
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week / Rota-based (Late shifts 2pm-10pm and Early shifts 7am-3pm)
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Care Support Workers with positive values, to support our young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities, including autism, mental health and challenging behaviour.
You will be responsible for:
- Transforming our young adults lives to ensure they are happy, healthy and successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations.
- Supporting, inspiring and motivating our young people.
- Playing a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of providing high quality, person-centred care.
- Supporting our people to enjoy a wide range of community activities including but not limited to, swimming, dancing, cooking, horse riding, singing, cycling, walking, arts and crafts, and on occasion accompanying trips throughout the UK and sometimes abroad.
- Taking part in all aspects of everyday life, including support with personal care and domestic tasks.
