Sous Chef - 2AA Modern Restaurant - City Of London - 30k +WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Sous Chef Establishment: 2AA Modern Restaurant Average Covers: 60 for lunch, 120 + for dinner Cuisine: Asian with a south American influence Brigade: 25 + within main kitchen and pastry Location: City Of London (Hammersmith and City, Circle, Metropolitan and Central Line)Salary: 30,000k per annum (all inclusive)Shifts: 5 days on - 7 shifts per week (50 hrs per week)Last orders: 11:30pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A reliable, passionate and driven Sous Chef who has previous experience working within two Rosette establishment or above.* A chef with a minimum of 7 years experience in a professional kitchens.* A inspirational leader and motivator for the junior members within the kitchen.* Someone who is confident in leading a large brigade.* The ideal Sous Chef will be used to working with large volume and working under pressure.* Previous experience working with south American or Asian cuisine would be preferred.
