We are working with a site in Canary Wharf to recruit a Sr CDP/Jr Sous for the flagship site for this boutique contract caterer.
The site caters for up to 400 covers daily via the staff restaurant plus coffee pod and extensive hospitality from working lunches to canapes to plated dining.

The Sr CDP/Jr Sous will assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen, key responsibilities will include:
- Managing sections in the kitchen, both staff and hospitality.
- Ordering
- Maintaining all Health and Safety standards.
- Overseeing junior staff
- Involvement in menu development

Sr CDP/Jr Sous Chefs should have a strong foundation in classical cookery as well as experience in high volume establishments. A positive can do attitude is key as well being a strong team player.

Salary: up to £27k
Core Hours: M-F, 7am - 4pm
