The team behind The Culpeper pub and restaurant on Commercial Street have a new pub - The Green in Clerkenwell.
With opportunities to grow with the business in the future we are looking for an enthusiastic sous chef keen to join our small team serving a product lead seasonal menu.
We are looking for an enthusiastic chef wanting to:
Cook on all sections in the kitchen and rooftop
Learn and grow within the business
Participate in the design and compilation of the menus
Be a part of a small kitchen team
We can offer:
Salary based on experience, plus service charge
50-55 hours a week, 2 days off
Ongoing training, with support from a friendly kitchen team
We would consider an experienced chef de party / jnr sous chef looking to step up.
