The Kitty Hawk restaurant is currently looking for Junior Sous/Sous Chef to join our amazing team at The Kitty Hawk. The Kitty Hawk is a large Bar, Restaurant, and Coffee House split across two floors located between Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations in The City.
We can offer you:
-Weekends off! (Monday to Friday Business Hours)
-Working in a team of 20 chefs, heading up your own department.
-Supported by talented chefs with over 50 years combined experience.
-Chance to make your own mark and be industry recognised.
-Competitive rates of pay with a healthy service charge share, paid monthly.

We need from you:
-Good cooking ability and techniques
-Highly motivated and disciplined with the ability to motivate, drive and guide a team and product forward and still want to have the fun of practicing and developing new ideas and menu’s.
-Work well under time and pressure restraints.
-Have good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety
-Food Safety - level 2 minimum.
-Help maintain a rigorous training and hygiene level in the work place.
-Do Rota’s and work within the constraints of them
-Eager to grow.
40-55 hours including possible functions
Minimum experience Junior Sous 2 years, Sous Chef 3-4 years.
