Competitive Hourly Rate (up to 48 hours per week)
We’re growing our team and are on the hunt for a passionate Sous Chef/Chef de Partie who can assist our Head Chef in the growing of our food offer.
As Chef de Partie you’ll run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, including placing orders, costing menus and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen. You’ll be a clear communicator, calm under pressure and working with a passionate Head Chef.
We’re looking for somebody who is passionate about food, insistent upon working in a clean and a tidy environment but most importantly who can work with a smile on their face.
Before you apply – is this you?
• At least 12 months experience working in a busy kitchen
• A full working visa
• A bubbly, friendly personality
• Fluent spoken English
• Availability to work with us for at least the next 12 months
• References from 3 recent employers
• Ideally live locally
