We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is calm and works well under pressure. As Sous Chef you will assist in seeing the smooth day to day running of the kitchen.

We’re looking for someone who, as well as having excellent skills as a Sous Chef, has a passion for good, fresh food and a good head for business.

We are new restaurant in Shoreditch area serving fresh, high quality dishes. You will need to have the ability to efficiently manage a small kitchen team in the head chef’s absence and so your kitchen management and organisational skills will be of paramount importance. Creating a happy working atmosphere is vital to the successful running of the kitchens.
