My client a one of a kind fusion restaurant based in an iconic location in central London is on the lookout for a Sous (or Jnr Sous) Chef to assist the Head Chef in this restaurant which operates at a good 2/3 AA Rosette standard.
This popular restaurant which has already made a great name for itself in its first couple of years is looking for a Senior Chef who is comfortable working up to 2/3 AA Rosette standard with a menu that is influenced with a fusion of different cuisines.
Cuisine is very diverse and the menu is modern and beautifully presented. The team is expanding and as business continues to improve the requirement for strong competent Chefs in the kitchen increases. The company pay very well and overtime is available regularly
An immediate start is available for the successful candidate!
The salary for the role will be up to £40,000 (Sous) £35,000 (Jnr Sous) but salary is dependent on the candidates experience.
