We are looking for a passionate, energetic, efficient and motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen team in our gastro pub in Queens Park, London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you if you are ambitious and eager to delve into the depth and wealth of seasonal British cuisine while also finding enough creative space to express yourself and extend your repertoire. This role would be ideal for an experienced chef de partie looking to take the next step.
As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in preparing and executing the menu as well as the management of the kitchen. You will have the necessary skills and a good understanding of what it takes to manage a kitchen. You will achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety while working as part of a team to produce fresh, seasonal and innovative dishes that you will be proud of.
