SENIOR SOUS CHEFS WANTED! - £30,000THE VENUEBOUNCE - A unique flagship London venue that delivers an entirely different kind of night out, featuring Ping pong, cocktails, high-end dining and eclectic beats in a beautifully designed space. Excellent progression opportunities!JOB PURPOSE:• To deputise and ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the operation, reporting to the Head Chef• To consistently produce and maintain exceptionally high quality cuisine according to our standardsACCOUNTABILITIES:• To ensure agreed quality of produce is monitored and appropriate action is taken when standards are not met.
