Sous Chef - Michelin Restaurant - London GBP35-40kSous chef- Salary dependant on experience but up to GBP40kOur client is seeking an extremely talented and professional sous chef for this very high end Modern French restaurant that is cooking to 2* Michelin standards and looking to achieve this in the near future The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily running of the kitchen with over 16 chefs, working closely with the Executive Chef and senior team. The Sous chef will be required to supervise, train and mentor the team to ensure that the high standards and quality expected in a Michelin starred restaurant are always maintained.The successful applicant must have CURRENT Stable experience in a 1 or 2 Star Michelin kitchen in a similar role as sous and with proven work stability at this level The sous chef must also possess flair, stunning creativity, attention to detail, innovation and coupled with strong leadership skills.
