We are part of a privately owned group of 7 pubs and are looking for a Sous Chef for our busy gastro pub in Twickenham. We are all about fresh food, daily specials and high standards. As Sous Chef you will be part of a brigade of 11 chefs and 4 kitchen porters and be a natural people person. You will have a quality food background and have worked in a volume environment.
