About Barbecoa
We’re all about bringing beautiful slow-cooked, dry-aged meat, amazing cocktails, great wine and probably the most outrageous desserts in London, to life.
Our roots are steeped in techniques of old, with a focus on rare-breed meat and dry ageing, using the best free-range and organic produce from incredible farmers – all cooked over fire and smoke. Jamie himself describes us as being “the sexiest steakhouse on the planet”.
As well as serving amazing food and drink, we also have some fantastic people, too. We invest a lot of time and effort in training, we offer opportunities to attend sourcing and wine-tasting trips in the UK and Europe. Plus, the next year is going to be a very exciting time at Barbecoa with the opening of new restaurants in London and internationally – and you could be a part of it!

Our ideal candidate will have:
? Proven experience of working in high-volume restaurants
? experience of or an interest in traditional fire-based cooking would
be an advantage.
? A people-focused mentality
? The ability to lead a team by example – adopting a hands-on,
can-do, nothing-is-too-much approach, ensuring all guests leave with a positive dining experience, and any guest complaints are handled effectively and professionally
? The ability to maintain effective systems, processes and brand standards
? Great communication skills and displays a willingness to learn, as well as inspiring new ideas.
? Ability to work under pressure
? Ambition and drive to grow yourself and our business
? Good command of the English language, with the ability to
communicate confidently
? A passionate ambassador for amazing food, hospitality, people
and all things Jamie Oliver!
? Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
