My client is looking for an extremely talented Sous Chef to join their amazing team. The candidate will need to clearly demonstrate, through a portfolio of pictures, their work. If this can be demonstrated by a variety of images displaying starters, mains and desserts, my client will be able to see the extent of the persons creativity and standards. They will be looking for Michelin Star standard and nothing less.
As my client is an Events company, every day can be vastly different depending on the client brief. These events can be held within some of the capitals most precious settings and backgrounds. The brigade works from a production kitchen so the individual will need to work flexibly as production will be taken to off site locations and therefore experience in unusual working conditions would be of benefit. If successful, the candidate will be invited to do a cook off and will need to prepare a menu of starters, mains and desserts.
