Job Summary:- We are looking for experienced Sous Chef and Line Chef on temporary basis with excellent knowledge food preparation from scratch. Must be able to use own initiative and work part of a team in a fast past environment.An ideal sous chef will work from a set menu but offer ideas and input if needed, Chef will be required to work 11:00am – 10:30pm Mon – Sun 5 days a week on Rota basis.
An Ideal Candidate will be:

Fully able to prepare all kind Foods from scratch.
Knowledge of health and food hygiene
Special dietary cookery skills desirable
Able to work on own initiative
Committed to working with people
Professional attitude
Good interpersonal skills
