We are currently recruiting for a pizza chef and a sous chef. The candidates would have to prove experience in restaurant establishments and an excellent knowledge of Italian Food.
-Pizza chef Requirements:
A Minimum of 2 years experience (authentic hand stretched dough only).
experience with a wood burning oven
Be organised and able to work under pressure
Able to Maintain high standards of food safety at all times
Effectively communicating with the restaurant and kitchen
-Sous chef Requirements:
A Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role.
Be organised and able to work as a part of a team
Able to Maintain high standards of food safety at all times
Both positions are full time
