Sous Chef – Modern British Brasserie – SW London 36kSous Chef – Up to £36,000  My client is an independent company that operates a number of very successful establishments in London offering a seasonal changing modern British Brasserie menu  You must possess a talent and flair for cooking at Sous chef level and be able to run a very busy kitchen in the head chef’s absence helping to oversee all aspects of the kitchen and a team of 10-12 chefs As Sous chef you will be proven at this level or a very strong junior sous chef looking to step up with stability and you will come from a high volume, fine dining background within restaurants with a minimum of 2AA rosettes and with current London experience and a stable career history to date The restaurant is busy and is open all day serving over 300 covers all day at its peak including breakfast plus an all-day bar menu The food is award winning modern British and uses only the best seasonal ingredients Progression within the company is available for the right Sous Chef Sous Chef – up to £36,000 for 8 shifts per week.
