Sous Chef – Superb European Restaurant – London 33.5KSous Chef- up to £33,500- 7 shifts per week Our client is a high profile and independent operator and is responsible for the food and beverage in this central London 5-star hotel Ingredients are well sourced and prepared for this high-end European restaurant serving up to 130 covers plus two private rooms and bar area seating 40 covers The kitchen also services the hotels, afternoon tea and room serviceAs sous chef you will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen alongside the head chef and Senior sous in a team of 18 chefs Your background will be from high quality ingredient led restaurants or 5 star hotels and your career must demonstrate stability, progression, knowledge of the London dining scene and with a classical repertoire Vitally important for this position is that you have strong up to date knowledge and experience in all paperwork and kitchen financials as well as being an accomplished cook as sous chef Sous Chef- up to £33,500- 7 shifts per week.
