Porky's is a Memphis thing!
We offer our famous slowed cooked bbq ribs, pulled pork, pastrami and smoked chicken alongside craft Beers and quirky cocktails served with Southern hospitality and blues, country and rock ‘n roll.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. Previous bbq experience is not essential but you will have worked in a fast-paced kitchen previously and be able to be a strong support to our Head Chef.
Salary £24k + tronc (equivalent to £4k approximately.) + 5.6 weeks holidays pa.
