We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at our City restaurant located in the heart of the capital and 5 minutes from Liverpool Street station.
Averaging between 1300-1800 covers a week, we are looking for a strong, experienced sous chef to assist in keeping our standards high and driving the team forward and keeping our food offering fresh and current.

We are ideally looking for ;

A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar venue.
Comfortable and confident cooking on the grill.
Be able to assist the head chef in all aspects of food production, running/training the kitchen team and meeting food hygiene standards.
A passion for food and consistent execution of all dishes.
Organised and able to deliver a reliable and high standard food service.
Able to work effectively as part of a team and train junior staff.
Understanding of stock control and GPs
Good understanding of English and able to communicate well within a team.
Knowledge of Fourth Hospitality and FnB Manager would be ideal also, but training can be offered to the right candidate.
