The Boundary Project is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team.
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to join a growing restaurant brand and events team located in the heart of Shoreditch. The Boundary Project consists of 3 Award winning restaurants and bars and 17 individually designed bedrooms.
We are looking for a sous chef with relevant experience who wants to be part of an exciting growing business. In addition to managing the day to day prep, service and kitchen management of our Tra Tra brand the successful candidate will work with our Event Operations Manager to help launch The Vault event space. The Vault is the perfect location for lavish lunches, decadent dinners, parties, conferences and more. This is an ideal opportunity for a chef who wants to develop within a fun and dynamic team.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience as a Senior CDP or Sous Chef.
Proven experience producing high quality food within the restaurant and the events environment.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
High levels of cleanliness and trained in Food Hygiene to maintain the standards of the kitchen.
experience in calling suppliers and placing orders adhering to tight budgets.
Drive and ambition to progress your career in a quality hospitality group.
Good command of English and communicates well with others.
A strong work ethic and positive attitude will fit well within the great team we have.
