Sous Chef Requirements Ideally you will be a very experienced Chef de Partie or have Sous Chef experience in a busy restaurant or gastropub with a big focus on cooking fresh food Can build, lead and inspire a team and be creative to build this into a successful business Have excellent knowledge of statutory food safety and health and safety regulations Enjoys sourcing and working with seasonal produce Work well under pressure Possess creativity and enthusiasm The business has grown organically and in a steady pace.
