FHG are working with a national contract caterer to recruit a Sous Chef for their site in the City.

The site caters for up to 300 covers daily across an extensive retail offer including, grab n go, deli and salad bars, hot counters and theatre cooking. There are also 32 meeting rooms for hospitality ranging from working lunches to fine dining.

The Sous Chef will work very closely with the Head Chef to oversee the day to day business managing the team of 5 junior chefs. The Sous Chef will take on responsibility for the ordering and work across both offers, retail and hospitality.

We are looking for a strong Sous Chef with an understanding of contract catering operations. Strong organisation and communication skills are a must as well as a positive can do attitude.

Salary: £30k + OT
Hours: M-F, 7am - 4pm
