We are a small pub called The Duke Located between Greenwich and Deptford.
We are currently trying to build up a regular trade with local residents and need a confident and well experienced sous chef to work along side our chef.
There is scope to grow within the company as we also have a sister company which is in event catering in the city, Golly Gosh Catering.
We are happy to pay £25,000-27,000 for the right person.
What we are looking for

A genuine passion for British seasonal produce and an understanding of current London food trends.
experience in a similar environment
experience in cooking high quality British cuisine at a Senior Chef de Partie level or above.
The ability to run the pass on busy shifts.
Exceptional eye for detail
Very high standards
Good understanding of food safety/health and safety procedures.
